Data Protection Complaints
Any individual who believes that the Academy or Trust has not processed their personal data in accordance with the UK GDPR or the Data Protection Act 2018 has the right to make a data protection complaint directly to the Trust. Complaints should be submitted to the Trust’s Data Protection Officer:
