Scott Mulholland

I bring a broad range of experience to the role of Trustee including over 28 years of experience in the education sector as well as senior roles in government and the private sector in the UK, Singapore, and New Zealand. I hold an MSc in E-Business, and digital transformation has been a passion of mine throughout.

In 2013, I established my own digital consultancy, supporting HE and FE clients in navigating strategic change and innovation and as Pro Vice Chancellor (Corporate Development) and Registrar at the University of Central Lancashire I led the institution’s Data Strategy and chaired the Information and Data Governance Group.

I’m currently Chief Information, Data and Estates Officer at NCG, where I lead on digital strategy, data governance, and estate transformation. A consistent theme throughout my career has been building great teams and guiding them through complex change, always with a focus on how data and technology can drive innovation in space and resource management.

I joined the Sir John Brunner Foundation as a Trustee in October 2023, and I’m proud to support its values and contribute to its continued success.
