Cliff Broom
I trained as a chemical engineer and have had a varied career managing chemical plant operations, working in management consultancy and economic development and latterly heading up the Science department in a large Cheshire 11-18 comprehensive school. Although officially retired, I still do some Science teaching and am on the Local Governing Board for Altrincham College. I am a keen tennis player and enjoy travel and photography. As a Trustee my key aim is to use my business and educational background to support the Trust to achieve its strategic goals and to continue to improve the quality of education in its constituent academies.
