The Estates team plays a key role in aligning our Estate functions with the Trust’s values and strategic objectives, from capital projects, asset management, capital bids and life-cycle analysis. We are also committed to providing ongoing professional development and fostering a collaborative, inclusive culture for our Estates teams across all our academies. This approach allows us to share best practice and produce innovative ideas around teaching and learning environments. It also enables us to support the needs of all learners within our academies. With efficient systems for compliance, we work hard to maintain safe, secure, comfortable, healthy and sustainable environments to safeguard our students and professionals alike.

For prospective academies considering joining our Trust, we have a proven track record in on-boarding academies and providing high-quality professional support in relation to all Estate’s matters.

Each academy has a dedicated Site Manager who works with our Director of Estates to ensure the continued smooth operation of estates services.  With our collaborative working approach, we are able to foster a sense of ownership together with a structured focus on compliance.
