Tracy’s dedication for the teaching profession coupled with a passion to ensure that all students receive the highest standards of education, drives her to continually improve and refine the Foundations collective approach to the professional development of teaching colleagues. Her understanding of the significant impact teachers have on students’ success fuels her commitment to ensure that the professional development teachers experience is of the highest quality. Tracy will use her extensive teaching experience to enable her to work closely with colleagues from across the Foundation to develop, implement and evaluate policies and practice to ensure we work collectively to live our shared ambition to enhance and advance every child’s life in our Foundation.
