Stephanie Dean – Foundation Leader of Education for Safeguarding
Focussed on student support Stephanie has joined the team as a Foundation Leader for Education in Safeguarding. As an experienced Designated Safeguarding Lead, Stephanie is committed to promoting and ensuring a collective approach to safeguarding children and young people to ensure that students are supported and thriving in a safe learning environment. Stephanie works with other key members of Safeguarding teams across the Foundation to develop and evaluate best practice and to enhance the expertise of each team and to embed a positive safeguarding culture within our communities.
