Jennie Kieran – Director of People & Culture
Responsible for Foundation’s HR services to ensure colleagues needs are met and they are equipped with the necessary knowledge, support and skill sets to deliver an excellent experience to our students. As an experienced HR professional, Jennie is passionate about ensuring the organisation success through effective HR strategies and shaping educational delivery through our people. Jennie joined Sir John Deane’s Sixth Form College as Head of HR and developed HR policies and practices to meet the needs of the growing organisation.
