Jennie Kieran
Director of People & Culture
Jennie is responsible for leading the Foundation’s HR services, ensuring that colleagues are well‑supported and equipped with the knowledge, resources and capabilities necessary to deliver an outstanding educational experience to students. A seasoned HR professional and Fellow of the CIPD, Jennie has over 20 years’ experience in the public sector, including higher education and the NHS. She plays a key role in aligning people strategies with organisational values and objectives.
Jennie initially joined the organisation as Head of HR at Sir John Deane’s Sixth Form College and has supported its development into a multi‑academy trust, now comprising three schools and a sixth‑form college. Throughout this growth, she has taken a central role in developing and implementing effective HR policies and practices aligned with the evolving needs of the organisation.
In her voluntary capacity within the HM Courts & Tribunals system, Jennie further demonstrates her dedication to public service and social responsibility.
