Anne Young
Anne Young is Head of Governance, having been promoted to the role after joining the Foundation’s governance team in 2022. She is responsible for ensuring the organisation’s compliance with regulatory requirements and governance standards, playing a vital role in maintaining effective oversight across the multi-academy trust. Anne works closely with Members, Trustees, and Governors to support the consistent delivery of education and student support across all academies within the Foundation.
Prior to joining the Foundation, Anne gained extensive experience in compliance within large corporate organisations, bringing valuable expertise in regulatory adherence and risk management to her role. Her leadership in governance strengthens the organisation’s commitment to high standards and educational excellence.
